The ABC Compass wants to know what election issue matters to you. Is marriage equality your key election issue? If so you should say so.
We know that marriage equality will positively affect hundreds of thousands of Australians, not only GLBTI people, but also their Mums and Dads, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, friends, neighbours and colleagues. All of these people would like the opportunity of celebrating all life long commitments equally. In this election all of these people can use their vote to help bring about change.
To start with you can encourage everyone you know to complete this easy survey by sharing it on Facebook and Twitter and even emailing it to those that you know will help.
In the first field write “marriage equality” and then a sentence about why you support marriage equality
In the second field write “marriage equality” and “The Coalition allowing a conscience vote on marriage equality”
