TASMANIA’S same-sex marriage laws will face a final hurdle today as Upper House members start to debate the right for same-sex couples to legally marry.

Buoyed by the passing of the Surrogacy Bill yesterday advocates hope the Upper House will make history today by supporting the Same Sex Marriage Bill.
