It is absolutely shameful that our Prime Minister Julia Gillard is keynote speaker at the 2012 national conference of the Australian Christian Lobby.

Gillard has just announced she will speak on the theme “religious freedom in a secular democracy” in Canberra on October 6.
I really don’t care how Gillard spends her private time. But I am most concerned that her appearance as PM will give this group of conservative, unrepresentative Christians respectability they don’t deserve.
