WHILE Bob Katter was unwilling to make his views clear, a bevy of celebrities braved the elements to make a stand for marriage equality yesterday.
Project Runway‘s Alex Perry, former Celebrity Apprentice champ Julia Morris and runner-up Jason Coleman, Magda Szubanski and Winners and Losers starlets Melanie Vallejo and Virginia Gay joined in Marie Claire’s ‘I Do’ campaign in Melbourne’s Bourke Street Mall.
Signing a huge banner that said “I Do”, newlywed Vallejo said of marriage: “I did. Everyone should be able to.”
