TRANSPORT Minister Anthony Albanese is singing from the same song sheet as Sir Elton John on same-sex marriage, and has asked the pop star to speak at the Labor party conference.
Mr Albanese says he’s hopeful delegates will back gay marriage and has invited the singer to the Australian Labor Party (ALP) conference this weekend, saying Sir Elton has a strong message for the 400 delegates: accept gay marriage.
