“Last night Mike Rann used one of his last speeches as Premier of South Australia to urge his federal colleagues to embrace gay marriage. All the Labor Premiers, as well as Labor opposition leaders in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia, have now expressed support for changing the Marriage Act.
