The Marriage Equality movement is bolstering preparations for a post-election campaign to persuade Tony Abbott’s Coalition to agree to a conscience vote on the issue.
Australian Marriage Equality national convener Rodney Croome will announce today that former Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras chairman Peter Urmson will join the organisation to foster cross-party co-operation.
