Director Stephan Elliott attended the annual marriage equality dinner at Cafe DOV in Potts Point.
WITH marriage equality a hot topic politically and the federal election just around the corner, the annual dinner supporting the cause was bound to be a success.
And it was.
The event, held at Potts Point hidden gem Cafe DOV last night, raised more than $10,000 for the cause after items donated by Olivia Newton-John, David Pocock, and Bishop Gene Robinson were auctioned off.
All sides of politics snubbed the State of Origin for the fundraiser with Liberal MP Bruce Notley-Smith, Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young, and Sydney Independent Alex Greenwich all in attendance.
Other notable attendees included Stephan Elliott, Nell Schofield, Geoff Field, and Rodney Croome.
