What a day we’ve had in Trenton today! Moments ago, the New Jersey Assembly voted 41 to 33 to pass A. 1, the bill that would extend the freedom to marry to gay and lesbian couples. Today’s vote in the Assembly vote follows Monday’s 24-16 vote passing a marriage bill in the state Senate.
