IN THE six years since becoming engaged, Michele and Lisa Saffery have held onto a dream that one day they could marry legally in Australia.
Yesterday the women from Wagga Wagga and their two children, Gemma, 6, and Jordae, 5, helped carry a huge rainbow-coloured flag during the 8000-strong gay marriage rights march on the Labor Party national conference in Sydney.
