SAME sex couples who travel overseas to get married are returning to a “legal mess”, an SA law firm says.
Tindall Gask Bentley senior associate Richard Yates said the firm had already given advice to couples who had been married overseas, wondering what the implications would be if gay marriage was legalised in Australia.
