Hundreds of commuters this morning at Sydney’s Town Hall train station saw 25 same-sex couples calling for legal equality for their relationship.
The billboard, which was installed overnight on Platform 1 of the busy central city transit stop, promotes The Commitment Project, a website campaign which documents long term gay and lesbian committed relationships.
Couples from all over Australia are shown, some pictured with their children. “I am committed to the person I love” and “I am committed to be proud of who I am,” are among the quotes shown.
